For some reason, ever since I started blogging, I've always ended my post titles with an ellipsis. I'm not sure why. I mean, it's not like I think those ellipses are going to inspire added intrigue to the post that follows. I'm sure you don't read the title and say, "Well, I wasn't going to read this, but there's a goddamn ellipsis. Guess I'd better check it out."
Perhaps it's best not to question shit like this...

I find myself doing this too. I think it makes things more interesting...keep it up...like you actually want feedback.
I think the use of ellipses are symbolic of your inability to commit...
Vikki- Interesting theory. My inability to commit to what exactly?
I catch myself using them all the damn time now... see? I can't help myself! I even use them at work... drives my editors crazy...
Oh well.
They sort of... dangle the question out there.
You don't have to state something definitively, they allow you to just raise an issue and... see what happens.
...
It brings to mind an image of a contemplative writer, who sits at his desk and looks up at the ceiling until something pops into his head. Suddenly, a thought occurs to him like: "Media Bitchlick Numero Uno..." And he's off and writing.
It's your signature move, so to speak.
Exactly. Your inability to commit to...
I love those things...
I myself am a big fan of the ellipsis. I also enjoy parentheses. . .
I also use the infamous ellipsis...I like to keep things dangling, questions unanswered... Keeps you on your toes.
