Bear With Me, Ladies...
I know you get tired of my football posts, but you don't need to know anything about football for this one. I wanted to start a list of great Chicago Bear names throughout history. This has nothing to do with their playing ability, just how tough their name sounds. Here's mine. Frank, Phil, Grant, feel free to add to this.

Dick Butkus is among my favorite names ever. Why do you assume that the ladies don't like football? Maybe in Georgia they don't, but in Chicago they do.
Lulu- Duly noted! Sorry if that came off as sexist.
Mark Bortz
Wilbur Marshall.
Typically, "Wilbur" is a nerds name. But when followed by "Marshall" it sounds a little imposing. As he was.
Michael Stonebreaker does sound pretty tough. . .and I see he played LB, whatever that is.
Jerry Muckensturm is my personal favorite. Mostly because I like the word Muck. I say it alot. Usually out of context.
My brother delivered Mick Tinglehoff's paper when we lived in Minnesota. Tinglehoff is not a tough name.
Grant- Bortz is a good one. Sounds kind of like Borscht, which we all know is very tough.
Megan- LB stands for "Low Blow". This player usually targets the groin when he tackles.
Boob Lady- Yeah, he's got a good one.
Lulu- My mom used to keep a list of weird names she had to call when she worked at a hospital. Some included: Crystal Klier, Rosemary Fucknut (not a joke), Mabel Jelly. I wonder if she still has it somewhere.
Dirty- Hey, be nice to Grant. He's delicate.
Bronco Nagurski..
Emery Moorehead.
Ed O'Bradovich.
It is Mike Ditka's birthday today.
