Please tell me you did not order a book from Amazon when you have THREE perfectly good indie bookstores in your town, any of which would have been happy to special-order that for you.
and do they explain the difference between the FULLY EXTENDED middle finger (straight up with palm up) and the bent finger (fist made with palm horizontal and finger extended)?? Is that because some folks just don't have the right arrangement of tendons to fully extend the middle finger all the way, or does it mean something different?
I'll be looking for a post on this soon, y'all know.
