I knew a lady who said 'thilthy' when she meant 'filthy'. It sounded right, but her face did the wrong thing. At least saying 'bolth' doesn't screw up what your face is doing, but you should probably amputate a bit of your tongue.
lulu is right. I walked into a real estate open house here in AZ two years ago and the cowboy realtor said, "you were either born or lived a significant number of years in Chicago, right?"
Funny, I was moving to AZ from Connecticut!
Still now even my kids tease me for certain inflections in my speech.
I have to go sit down in the fronch room now. (not really, I never said that - EVER!)

That's a Chicago thing I think, along with "fer" for "for" and "melk" for "milk".
