Was that venison steak with eggs?
How'd you cook it? Do you marinate it or anything? The best venison steak I've had was cut into smaller pieces, marinated in Italian dressing and then rolled in shore lunch breading and deep-fried, quickly. God it was tender and tasty!
I had venison steak at my best friend's wedding. Cooked rare. It was delicious.
Jen- Trust me, this deer was really mean.S.D.- For the record, I didn't kill the deer. I couldn't shoot a living thing.Mixednut- Nope, no eggs.Bubs- The guy I work with prepared it. It was definitely marinated in something, possibly Italian, but no breading.Johnny- I've had other venison that was pretty gamey, but this was good and tasted a lot like beef.
