I believe his name is David Huddleston and he's been roughly 285,000 TV shows. That's a rough estimate.

I missed it due to the color - I don't see that color whatever it is. Kinda like those circles filled with different color dots ... normal vision sees some word, and guys like just see dots.

Oh yeah, I remember him from The Big Lebowski. Now that I think about it, he does sort of resemble a cuddly Dick Cheney.

Yes, David Huddleston-- great character actor, who's done a ton of movies.
What's funny is that Blazing Saddles and Lebowski are about 25 years apart, yet Huddleston looks exactly alike.
