folken did that all th' time in Pittsburgh. I usually picked the chair up, parked where I wanted to, and gently put the chair back on the roof of my car.
One time I shoveled deep snow out of my driveway and from in front of my house for about 2 hours, only to have some tool pull up and park in front of my house to go visit the neighbor.
The look in my eyes as I came at him with my shovel caused him to re-think his plan...

We've got waay to much snow right now.
I'm tired of it.
Those chairs would just blow away if we did that.
I've heard they passed an ordinance against that. I've noticed hardly any chairs out like that this past week.
Snowplowing and parking don't mix well. Ever read the instructions on the signs? No wonder they impound so many vehicles.
do they give out parking tickets to chairs?
yeah, i think the city finally out an end to that in the past few years.
Funny to see though.
Slinger- If they put an end to it, then there aren't many people complying because I saw chairs aplenty last weekend.
