All that Holiday travel takes its toll on the immune system, huh? I'm assuming you flew to Chicago. They need to get some anti-viral air filters on those planes.
Keep up the fluids so that the snot can do its job and I hope you dry up soon.
I thought I was getting an "I missed you" hug from one of the little guys I work with when I went back this week. Turns out he was just trying to wipe his snot on me. I feel special.

My Dad had this bit when I was growing up: "When you're out with your honey, and your nose starts to runny. You may think it's funny, but it snot."
I still laugh even though I see that every day. Yuk! Heh heh.
