Baby Names...

Gargamel backwards is Lemagrag.
Both of these make great baby names.

Or, maybe you're bored with the original names you gave your children.
It's never too late to change them if you feel like it.
Remember, until they're eighteen, you call the shots.
It's the law.

I wanted to name Skyler Ebenezer, but I was voted down, then threatened with bodily harm...

It would be more fun to name your kid Spongebob at birth, but call him ... oh, let's say Chris ... all his life. Then think of the fun when he finally applies for his drivers license.

I'd love to meet a kid named Smarty Pants or Doo Doo Head.

I was lobbying for Scorpio. Nobody's gonna beat up a kid called Scorpio.

The nice thing about naming your kid Gargamel is that he'll be the only one with that beautiful and unique name. Plus you can call him Gargy for short.

Some of the kids I have dealt with (I'm a teacher) have had appropriate names-ie Damien was hell on, well...two feet.
There have been a few I have heard of like Heaven, Chastity and Faith, that were not appropriately named either.

I wanted to name my eldest "Pez", but I, too, was voted down. Skydad, maybe we just need to stand up to a good ass-kicking to get what we really want??

With my kids I got both of the first names I wanted. When it came time to come up with middle names, I was vetoed every time. For both kids I wanted their middle names to be "Danger", that way, for the rest of their lives, they could brag that Danger was their middle name. But no, I got Anna and Wynn.

Oh well, I'm only their dad, what do I know?
