If this blog were a book, you'd read it on the toilet.
Try looking up to the ceiling, that is: actually rolling your eyes heavenward and keeping them looking up until you deliver the goods. This works for me.
Try a mix of pepper and Vicks up your nose. I have no idea if this helps or not, but I have always wanted to see someone try it!
Look up at a light. Looking at a light usually makes me sneeze.
Stop with all the cocaine.
