Lately, I have been working from home if at all possible in order to save gas. Sitting here, I've noticed there is a bird nearby that has a call that is identical to the "Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia!" refrain from the old Chia Pet jingle. I don't know why I tell you this other than it is now burned into my brain after listening to it all morning.

At least they don't sing the theme to Monday Night Football. I can't count how many times I've chased these wannabe Hank's from pooping on my freshly washed car.

My son and I are hearing this exact bird in the area somewhere. He's the one that described it to me as the chia pet jingle. I finally heard it today. Now it's my mission to identify this bird.
